A mason was electrocuted after he fell onto live wires in Mowlem, Dandora, Nairobi.

The man was electrocuted as he plastered a house under construction, police said.

Daniel Mukira was on the rooftop of the four-story building plastering it when he accidentally fell on three high-voltage electric cables.

The cables threw him down to the ground floor after an electrocution. He sustained serious burns.

Locals rushed him to Mama Lucy hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The body is lying at the Mama Lucy mortuary.
