Churchill Show comedian Akuku Danger has been re-admitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Nairobi Women’s Hospital-Rongai. One of his friends, Boaz Hosea, reported news about Akuku's illness on Instagram, saying the comedian was in the ICU after one of his lungs collapsed. Earlier, The hospital is said to have diagnosed the comedian with pneumonia but later discharged and put him on medication. However, he was readmitted to the hospital after one of his lungs collapsed.

It has been revealed that the comedian needs more than KShs. 200,000, in order to be admitted to the Nairobi West Hospital.

The news of Akuku’s hospitalization was first shared by actress Sandra Dacha, popularly known as Silprosa for her role in Auntie Boss Tv program. According to Sandra, Akuku was critically ill and in the ICU and went on to ask Kenyans to pray for him. “Akuku danger my babe is seriously sick. He is currently in ICU. Your prayers will go a long way. Please help me pray for my baby.” She wrote.
